What will you be doing?

As the Growth Manager for the iB Cricket Business Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business targets and outcomes from iB Cricket (MCS) outlets. Your primary focus will be on maximizing revenue through iB Cricket experience ticket sales and iB Cricket Home Edition (B2C) purchases. You will be responsible for developing and executing aggressive strategies to ensure the achievement of targeted revenues across outlets nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive iB Cricket experience ticket sales and iB Cricket Home Edition purchases.

- Set and achieve revenue targets for each outlet based on their potential and market dynamics.

- Analyze outlet performance and recommend adjustments to optimize revenue streams.

- Collaborate with iB Cricket MCS outlets to understand their unique strengths and challenges.

- Provide support to outlets in achieving sales targets and enhancing the overall iB Cricket experience.

- Ensure consistent brand representation and customer experience across all outlets.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion and growth.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

- Develop and execute aggressive growth strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns and initiatives.

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance revenue streams.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for iB Cricket experience ticket sales and Home Edition purchases.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of outlets against established KPIs.

- Implement corrective measures as needed to ensure KPIs are met.

- Effectively reporting to senior management, with a direct reporting line to the Business Head.

- Structured reporting on implemented growth strategies, including key performance indicators, outcomes, and insights derived.

What are we looking for?

- Minimum experience of 4-5 years in sales & growth management

- Proven Track Record of demonstrating a clear and successful track record of significantly increasing revenues in a similar business environment, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of the gaming and entertainment industry.

- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel as required.

- Growth mindset with an appetite to learn quickly

- Desire to work in a high-growth startup environment

Languages Known:

- Native speaker of Telugu and should comfortably speak in English & Hindi

- Very Good Proficiency in English is expected

Working Days:

- Will be working based out of the Hyderabad office

- Should be flexible to travel within the city and to other cities

- 6-Day Week

- Weekends will be working days. Week-off will be on weekdays
