IARC - Manager - Investments

Looking for qualified CAs or MBA- Finance (Premium

Institute) from consulting background to work for an ARC in the Investment Team. Details of the role are given below

Key Roles:

- Will work as a part of the Investment team assisting in deal origination and due diligence of potential investment opportunities (especially in the retail credit market)

- Research & analyse industries/sectors/segments & provide insights to the team to develop an investment strategy.

- Create financial models to evaluate prospective investment opportunities

- Carry out market research through review of third party research reports, analyze market trends by conducting primary research

- Assist the team in all matters related to deal closure, including deal documentation, finance documentation and structuring

- Review legal contracts including financing / investment documentation, identify areas of transaction risk and suggest potential mitigation strategies, as part of the deal team.

- The candidate will also meet and engage actively with financial institutions and external agencies

- Assist in other organizational matters as required from time to time

Qualification & Years of experience (Big 4 , consulting is preferable):

- Qualification: Engineer with at least 2 years of work experience in investment banking/equity research/consulting or related profiles (CFA is a plus)

- Candidate should be proficient in excel

- Excellent communication (written & verbal), interpersonal skills and attention to detail

- Strong analytical skills, including financial modelling with expertise in making detailed models in MS Excel

- Collaborate effectively with others, including senior managers and external parties.
