About iamneo.ai:

Ours (formerly known as Examly) is a growing Enterprise B2B Ed-Tech start-up based out of Coimbatore. We started back in 2016 as a small 5-member team incubated from PSG STEP and have now grown to 130+ members. Our customers are predominantly Top IT Firms and Universities across India. They use our various products for their IT up-skilling and AI proctored assessment needs.

Job Role:

Enterprise/Corporate Sales talent must possess in-depth knowledge and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We're seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.

Location: Multiple locations in India (Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai & Delhi)

Roles and responsibilities:

- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings

- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them

- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance

- Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet our objectives

- Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships

Who should apply?

- Masters degree in marketing or business administration preferably from a premier/tier1 institution.

- 2-5+ years in sales management within a corporate setting

- IIM freshers also welcome to apply

- Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

- Superb leadership ability
