Technical Program Manager

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY :

- Looking for a Technical Program Manager with experience in EdTech domain

- The potential candidate will be managing deliveries and support for IA Labs' learning programs

- Highly skilled in ensuring learning outcomes are achieved

- Develop and manage training plans

- Developing strategic position of IA Labs as an excellent learning delivery organization and building long-term relationships with customers

Responsibilities :

- Planning for a smooth delivery of learning programs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

- Training Management: Initiating Kick-off of the trainings, Weekly status meetings, Daily Status check with the trainers, training feedback survey with learners, share meeting invites, manage timely customer and learner escalations and resolutions

- Trainer Management: Involved in trainer identification, trainer interviews, trainer scheduling, pre-contract work on various training opportunities, maintain trainer database and their details and trainer community engagement

- Pre-Sales: Share first level pre-sales TOCs, learning solution design and proposal with the customers

- Ensuring trainers are on boarded and accounts for learners are created

- Facilitate setting up of cloud labs for the learners

- Planning and execution of weekly assessments & assignments of the learners Transparently radiate weekly progress of the training to stakeholders and customers.

- Involved in joining different cohorts at different times and ensuring trainers and learners are engaged towards learning goals

- Developing effective client relationships and learner engagement

- Create training strategies, training plans and training delivery processes

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

- Must have relevant experience of min 8 years

- Technical education and certification is an added advantage

- Should have significant exposure to project management and customer success in IT industry

- Must have worked in leadership Role with EdTech Industry

- Excellent in Presentation and Client Relationship Management

- Must have strong network in IT products and services Industry

- Must have led large scale training programs in the "IT products and services Industry"
