About the Role: We are looking for a Marketing Leader who will be responsible for driving all marketing activities, for existing and new initiatives to help the company build its brand and get visibility in the Insurance/ BFSI domain, in existing and new markets. Responsibilities: Be responsible for the marketing function and budgets, which includes inbound/digital marketing activities such as content, SEO/SEM, email, social media marketing, PR Brainstorm, design, execute, and review the company's marketing and PR strategy for each of its SaaS products - Host and attend industry events, webinars and trade shows in India/ abroad - Maintain relationships with Analyst firms, trade bodies, PR agencies in India/ abroad - Hire, train, and build a small marketing team to execute the marketing strategy - Delegate, guide, and review the team's work on a daily basis to ensure high quality - Report on monthly/quarterly performance reports on marketing KPIs - Build robust marketing processes to enable the company to quickly scale as required Requirements: - 7+ years experience in a SaaS B2B environment - Strong experience in Enterprise Software product marketing and PR - Experience in developing marketing programs/ strategies for overseas markets - Experience in online marketing, marketing automation and handling demand generation activities - Ability to manage the company's online presence and social media channels - Up-to-date with latest marketing automation tools - Prefer a good mix of Software Products and startup experience - Experience of having organized events and represented company at industry events and seminars - Experienced in handling a small team of 3-4 marketers, freelancers, partner agencies and vendors - Good to have - exposure to Insurance/ BFSI domain and AI / RPA - MBA (Marketing) would be preferred - High-level of interest in technology, and tech products and applications - Highly proficient in spoken and written communication (English) - Good Powerpoint, Word skills are a must for this role Perks : - Be part of a rapidly growing enterprise tech market leader in the exciting world of AI and automation - Generous Stock Options to ensure retirement when the company wins this industry - Build out a team to your liking and style, with expense budget at your disposal Work location: Mumbai/Bangalore; remote to begin with
