Since CSR-for-incubators has never been done before (new law), we seek someone with an entrepreneurial attitude and proven selling skills. The size of the Fund is expected to be greater than Rs 60 Crores with additional growth year-to-year. This Fund will be deployed towards supporting entrepreneurs and technology ventures in their formative stages.   - This is a "Sales-Leadership" role, with the opportunity to contribute more in our startup ecosystem. Only those with passion for such activities should apply.   - While salary will be provided, the opportunity is to generate non-linear compensation based on bonuses (as percentage of fund raised).   - The task will involve networking with CSR consultants and experts to identify donors, customizing and making presentations to CXO-level decision makers in donor organizations and on closing the deals with them   - Managing relationships with donors and communicating successes regularly   - Outward focus - the person will have exceptional skills in business development, presentation skills, dealing with top management   Minimum Qualifications:   - Only high-energy candidates with proven complex-selling be considered - demonstrated ability in this direction is a must.   - Strong, demonstrable background in concept selling, business development and closing sales is a must.   - Strong leadership skills and business judgment   - Exceptional communication and presentation skills.   - Minimum of 5 years of work experience   - Top-tier MBA and strong track record of ambitious growth is a must   Compensation:   This is an entrepreneurial, high risk/reward role. Compensation is directly related to performance. Compensation will be similar to an industry leading investment banker with fixed and performance bonus.
