You should be a strong leader who is action oriented and takes challenges head on. You should be analytical with an ability to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. - MBA from IIM and/or B. Tech. from IIT

- 5-8 years- work-experience in scaling up large consumer facing business

- Proven experience in managing large teams with operational complexity

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Come with strong data management and analytics experience
