The growth manager function typically lives at the intersection of marketing and product development. We need a Rockstar that looks forward to a fast-paced and challenging environment. As a growth manager, you will bring creative energy and drive innovation.

What will you be doing?

- Work with different departments to identify growth opportunities throughout the entire company

- Develop best practices utilizing sales excellence methodology

- Have an on-the-go problem-solving mindset along with an out of the box thinking

- Create product-based strategies for tech development, sales, and marketing

- Work directly with the founders and various cross-functional teams to solve the problems at the ground level

What can make you a great fit for this role?

- Attitude of a problem solver

- Undergraduate degree from a tier I college or university

- 0-3 years of work experience in areas like:

- Consumer behavior and analytics

- Product management/owner

- Business development and growth

- Strong analytical skills - Ability to identify, pull, and analyze key data from big datasets to derive business insights

- Comfortable with Excel

- Data Analytics using SQL or Big Query

- User Analytics using clever tap/firebase

- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills

- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and articulate your vision
