What is EIR at i2e1?

We need a dynamic person, who is ready to create and own a startup within a startup. Someone who gets sleepless nights till the problem is solved. This role is for a Rockstar that looks forward to a fast-paced and challenging environment.

It is not your typical 9-to-5 job! An average day may start with a discussion about upcoming business strategy and may end with an on-ground review of the product adoption.

What is Information to Everyone [i2e1]?

Our mission is to impact 500 million lives by 2022. We are an IIT-Delhi incubated startup and India's 1st PDOA under the new PM-WANI scheme.

Unlike our neighboring nations, India has home internet in 7% of households. We are working together to capture 40% of the household internet market within India. We are on to something HUGE.

What will you be doing?

- Own your SBU like the CEO of a startup

- Create long-term and short-term roadmaps that are aligned with the organization's vision

- Have an on-the-go problem-solving mindset along with an out of the box thinking

- Create product-based strategies for tech development, sales, and marketing

- Draw clear and concise KPIs for your "startup within a startup"

- Work directly with the founders and various cross-functional teams to achieve the said KPIs

What can make you a great fit for this role?

Attitude of a problem solver

Undergraduate degree from a tier I college or university

Previous startup or entrepreneurial experience preferred

Stellar performance record with 4-5 years of work experience in areas like:

- Consumer behavior and analytics

- Product management/owner

- Business development and growth

- Strong analytical skills - Ability to identify, pull, and analyze key data from big datasets to derive business insights

- Comfortable with Excel

- Data Analytics using SQL or Big Query

- User Analytics using clevertap/firebase

- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills

- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and articulate your vision

- Plan strict timelines and deliverables for all teams
