Profile Description:
Job Description: Regional Sales and Business Development Manager.
Job Location: Bangalore, Mumbai
IT Product and Services sales with 8 to 12 years of experience in International Market preferably from Banking or Mobility domain.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales for select countries hunting for new logos in Financial Services
- Engage closely with prospect CXOs and relevant stakeholders to understand their technology landscape, technology strategy and challenges & initiatives in the digital transformation initiatives
- Constantly identify opportunities to grow the revenue share with new customer base
- Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately keep a track of quarterly forecast and revenue
- Build and execute penetration plans for assigned region to enable continuous growth for the region
- Proactively map the CXOs and required stakeholders in the region and maintain warm relationship with them
- Work with the existing partners and consulting firms to create and identify new opportunities
- Identify new partners to enable better results and reach in the responsible region
- Keep track of the competition and strategize the positioning accordingly
- Be the ambassador for the organization in the assigned region. Participate in the events, forums and webinars representing the organization
- Collaborate with the presales, internal product, consulting and required teams to progress at various stages of sales cycle
- Stay abreast of the product developments, market trends and demands in the financial services technology space
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferably B.E, B.Tech and/or MBA).
Desirable Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry. Knowledge in digital banking domain will be a plus
- Comes with a proven track record of selling technology product and services to financial services industry
- Sound foundation knowledge of technology building blocks. Acumen into latest technology trends and evolution
- Acumen into commercial/finance terms and contractual aspects
- A consultative sales approach which enables listening to and understanding customer needs
- Able to spot opportunities and diligently manage customer engagements
- Ability to understand the problem statement and create new opportunities with the right product fitment
