Job Responsibilities:

- The CXO is responsible for leading the framing and execution of long-term strategies, with the goal of increasing shareholder value for the successful leadership and management of the company's business.

- He or she will deal with high-level corporate strategy and major company decisions. Communicating, on behalf of the company, with shareholders, potential investors, global partners and the user base

- Creating and implementing the company or organization's vision and mission Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.

- Ensuring that the company maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business

- Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describable

- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans

- Build long term, trusting relationships with business partners and authorities

- Oversee the company's financial performance, investments and other business ventures - Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
