1. Build & maintain a network of trade partners (Dealers / Distributors).
2. Ensure regular billing of goods to trade partners based on the business plan.
3. Keep an up-to-date database of prices of competitors.
4. Stay up-to-date on latest trends in the local and surrounding markets, including online.
5. Managing a team of ASMs to get business running .
6. Coordinate with the head office on promotional requirements like OOH, in-shop branding, radio ads, newspaper ads, etc.
7. Keep inventory in the branch at the level defined by the Head office.
8. Make a sales forecast for the next two months in excel
9. Should be able to use Word, Excel, Powerpoint and eMail efficiently.
10. Should be able to use Android/iOS mobile apps.
11. Good communication skills and fluency in the local language and basic English.
12. Must have a good amount of understanding of the local market, number of big dealers/distributors, competition, pricing, etc.
13. Must have an idea of how LED TVs /Refrigerators / Washing Machines / Air Conditioners work, including all the key parts
14. Deliver sales and operating expenses targets on a Monthly and annual basis for the assigned territory
15. Tracking of secondary sales data from all customers
16. Create synergies between Sales and SCM functions to ensure end to end execution of operations
17. Ensure through highest level of customer service is maintained in the stores
18. Monitor timely resolution of customer complaints post purchase in coordination with After Sales team
19. Ensure collections from trade partners as per the SLAs
