HyTechPro - Manager - Salesforce

Primary responsibilities:

- Responsible for End to End delivery of the project and planning of the project Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.

- Manage a delivery team and Vendor team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.

- Oversee the daily activities of the delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.

- Perform resource allocations and utilize the developers and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.

- Ensure that team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence.

- Develop process improvements to achieve cost-effectiveness and time-saving.

- Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations.

Job Description:

- Minimum of 8 years- experience in the IT Industry.

- Salesforce-based project for at least 3 years of experience with Distributed Agile/Scrum is valuable.

- Very good understanding and knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem architecture.

- Project delivery is MUST with ownership in completing the entire gamut individually.

- Solution architecture, Agile experience is a must with stakeholder management.
