Job Responsibilities:
- From good colleges/ B- Schools MBA should be completed
- Experience in eCommerce/ IT companies
- 3-8 years work experience in HR Generalist profile.
- Recruitment-Sourcing profiles, coordinating with consultancies, initial screening, scheduling interviews, preparation of offer letter and compensation break-ups.
- Joining and Induction - Design a structured Induction Program for all new joinees and responsible for their orientation and induction. (Also prepared an Induction manual with process details).
- Completing joining formalities for new joinees & workforce planning.
- Maintaining Employee Information/Employee Data.
- Leave and Time Management - Leave and attendance record, Payroll Inputs, Maintenance of personal Files.
- Rewards & Recognitions for employees.
- Performance Appraisal
- Employee Relation Activities - Handling Employee grievances.
- Mentoring and counseling employees.
- Employee engagement
- Statutory Compliances
