We are looking for an outstanding and confident AVP Operations for our client in Gurgaon with excellent communication skills and at-least 2.5 years Post MBA experience. (Tier 1 institute)

Here is an exciting job opportunity in Operations and Service Delivery with Aspiring Minds, which runs India's largest employability test, AMCAT. Aspiring Minds is looking for candidates who want to grow exceptionally fast in the industry. Needless to say, you will be working with a highly qualified team with senior management from IIT, MIT (USA), IIMs and advisors from Harvard Business School, MIT and UIUC (USA). The job description for the position is given below:

- The candidate will take ownership of delivery at Aspiring Minds and help service some of the largest companies in India.

- The candidate will provide leadership to the operations and client servicing teams in delivering services to customers with high quality.

- The candidate will oversee delivery, implement new high efficiency methods, handle customer escalations and drive new initiatives.

- The candidate will also interface with internal product team with suggestions and getting new features implemented, necessary for delivery.

- The candidate's work, among others, will involve substantial analytics, projections and estimation. The candidate will own delivery both for India and overseas.

Responsibilities would include:

- Interface with customers and sales team to understand delivery requirements and make suggestions.

- Analytically driven resource and process planning

- High quality delivery with cost control

- Meet customers for relationship building

- Work with product team for new feature implementation

- Implement new initiatives end-to-end

- Reporting to top management with execution and efficiency MIS

Requirements:

- B Tech. + MBA from an institute of repute.

- 3+ years of experience post MBA - Mandatory

- Total experience: 3-10 years

- Operations and Delivery Management. Past experience of resource management, scheduling and planning is required.

- Good English communication skills - written and verbal.

- Results driven dedicated to setting and achieving quantifiable goals for self, team and all projects.

- Extremely proactive with strong bias for action.

- Demonstrated ability to take ownership over increasingly larger projects.
