OUTCOMES EXPECTED: 1. Management Accounting Carry out the execution of two different types of MIS ( BU wise and Product Wise) end to end. Coordinate with cross functional teams to get data for MIS and ensure all expenses are accounted for. Create periodic dashboards with key financial metrics which is important for decision making. 2. International Taxation Have a detailed understanding of all the applicable foreign taxes and ensure we obtain the certificates/documents required to claim taxes. 3. Company Tax Advance tax computation- Ensure all GST inputs are utilised/GST filings are done on time while working with the accounts team. Compliance with tax agencies for returns, assessments, etc. 4. Budgeting and forecasting Budgeting and forecasting to be carried out quarterly. Coordinating with cross functional teams to get the information. 5. Unit costing and Business Finance Develop a product wise per unit cost matrix for all the geographies. Ensure the matrix is constantly updated. 6. Process Setup Develop, operationalise &amp; communicate organisation-wide finance policies, procedures &amp; processes across entities. Make process notes and conduct internal audit checks once in a quarter to ensure the processes set up are running effectively. Ensure the system of internal controls is effective and efficient. 7. Payroll Management Compensation - Take ownership for documentation and communication of the compensation elements to the employees. Be the single POC for employee queries related to compensation. Special Incentives - Special Incentives include variable components, bonuses, appraisals, ESOPs, phantom stocks, etc. Take ownership for handling all documentation (agreements with external &amp; internal stakeholders) related to any of the special incentives. Taxes - Ensure correct taxes are being deducted. Develop a process and educate employees for the best tax saving scheme. Payroll Process - Get the right payroll software management tool for payroll queries/ leave/attendance etc. Streamline the payroll process along with third party vendors. 8. Legal and Financial Matters Manage corporate secretarial function required in accordance with the Indian Companies Act for Indian subsidiary &amp; corporate entries with country specific laws and coordinate with the company CS. Any other legal matter requiring finance involvement. Ensure all Regulatory filings with the Registrar of Companies are as per the country specific laws. PREREQUISITES: - Upto 2 year experienced CA ( 1st Attempt) - Excellent written and oral communication - Highly competent in working with cross functional teams to get data for MIS - Has a knack for documenting of policies, agreements, etc - Has great analytical skills and an eye for attention to detail - Has a positive attitude and keen to learn - Articleship in a big 4/startup experience is an added advantage - CA IPCC or Final Ranker would be preferred, not mandate COMPETENCIES: 1.
