Job purpose:

Be a part of the Centre of Excellence in areas of

- Financial Planning & Budgeting

- MIS & related Reporting

- Manage and sustain Hyperion P&B and MIS instances in the Group

- Be a subject matter expert in Hyperion Suite of Products

- Enhance use of Hyperion solutions to maximize business value

Being a part of the COE the main challenges would be as under:

- Different reporting needs & Structure

- Aligning Business requirements with best practices

- Frequent technological changes

Accountability:

Implementation of Hyperion based P&B solutions

- Analyze and document business processes

- Initiate and implement Planning & Budgeting and MIS solutions

- Set up platform for roll out across the group

- Co-ordinate with Businesses/units to ensure IT Infrastructure readiness.

- Set up and Ensure implementation of services as per Scope of Work.

- Rationalize customization requirements and stretch the product functionality

Sustain & Manage the Hyperion P&B and MIS instances

- Maintain SLA’s

- Trouble shoot all calls received

- Improve processes in businesses

Competency Building

- Conduct refresher courses for business

- Set up a platform for knowledge sharing of best practices

Qualification: CA/Inter CA/ICWA/MBA-Finance
