Designation: Hyperion Planning Consultant/ Analyst

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai

Key responsibilities may include:

- Perform current state analysis of EPM process like Planning Budgeting Forecasting , Costing Methods, Dimensional Profitability etc.

- Articulate solutions and project methodology pertaining to best practices in the EPM / CPM space. Will be required to conduct key analysis like Portfolio Analysis, Vaue Driver / Value Lever analysis, Scenario or Economic Profit modelling, Sensitivity analysis etc.

- Design KPI / Metrics aligned to strategic objectives and design dashboards for different levels in the organization

- Impart strong functional knowledge and guidance to Client and project team

- Support and help in business development and marketing activities to grow the EPM consulting practice

- Supervisory role may be a played by a consultant to ensure that the work/deliverables executed by his subordinates meet the quality expectations and meets clients expectations

- Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processes (in case of technology implementation)

- Developing and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures (in case of technology implementation)

- Assist in the development of capabilities in the Accenture's finance operations/Corporate Finance consulting practice

Required Skills and Experience

- 3-8 years of work experience preferably all the years in the Corporate Strategy function or part of a consulting organization from the CPMEPM practice, preferably involving implementation of Enabling technology, tools and Software applications

- Working knowledge on BI Systems like Hyperion Planning / Cognos/ HSF will be a plus

Soft Skills:

- Candidate should be self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills

- Strong inter-personal skills with ability to connect with leadership

- Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams

- Strong communication and inter personal skills.

- Attention to Detail

- Integrated Business Perspective

- Affinity with large organizations and large projects

- Cross Cultural Competence Bachelor's Degree required, MBA Finance or CA preferred.

- Should have a valid H1B Visa OR

- Valid UK Tier 1 (HSMP) Visa OR

- H1B & Permanent Residents / Citizenship - (US ,UK ,Australia and Singapore)
