- Responsible for overseeing end to end HR activities across the company

- Responsible for GMC/GPA/GTL renewals

- Coordinating with agencies and units to obtain VAS services

- Creating and ensure implementing annual HR training budget and Training calendar

- Creating and ensure implementing annual HR engagement activities and calendar

- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress

- Develop compensation and benefits plans

- Implement effective talent management process, assists managers in identifying key employees, assess employee/departmental training needs, Organize training activities.

- Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to performance management, compensation and benefits, occupational health and safety.

- Performs compensation analysis, give recommendations as necessary for offers, promotions, adjustments and articulates need for potential levelling.

- Manage employee motivation activities and encourage them to continuously develop their skills.

- Maintain knowledge, monitor, and ensures the company's compliance with, state, and local employment laws and regulations, recommend best practices; reviews and modify policies and practices to maintain 100% compliance

- Maintains knowledge of new HR trends, best practices and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law and applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.

- Evaluate the performance of HR employees and give constructive feedback.

- Monitor and communicate HR metrics

- Creating, Review of company-wide departmental budgets and ensure adherence

- Organize learning and development programs

- Ensure HR team addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner

- Ensure the HR department and all teammates are adhering to company policies and regulations.

- Needs to have experience with Unions

- Providing strategic HR inputs to senior leadership and stakeholders on critical initiatives
