About Founder and Startup:

Myself, Harshvardhan Chhatbar. I am a Chartered Account with more than 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking. I am building an F&B D2C brand which will bring to young Indians their favorite street drinks which are not available in market (both online and offline) in a natural and hygienic Instant beverages format and also bring products promoting health consciousness among them along with the packaging innovation. I am initially planning to launch 2 products - Instant juices and Instant milkshakes (with the variety of fusion flavors) by Dec- 20 / Jan- 21. Both products will be made with all-natural ingredients and will be targeted at mass market with its competitive pricing

I am currently looking for a Marketing Head who wants to build something from scratch and join my startup journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Communication:

- Helping in brand building, positioning and content development and help convert the same into winning customer communication strategies

- Helping in Launch/GTM plan & execution

- Developing and managing the implementation of the marketing and brand strategy for the company and play a key role in leading the overall company growth plans

- Designing & implementing advertising campaigns & promotional activities

- Work alongside marketing agency in helping achieve our marketing and business objectives across channels. Oversee creative execution including messaging, landing page selection and/or development, and A/B testing, etc.

- Analyze consumer behavior, competitors and adjust marketing and advertising campaigns accordingly and strive for out of the box ideas and new initiatives which could drive growth and build competitive advantage for the brand

Digital Marketing:

- End to end execution of growth initiatives across channels (SEO, Content, Affiliates, Email, Video & Social media etc.) in collaboration with digital marketing agency

- Building our digital marketing roadmap and managing all digital marketing channels, such as Website, Emails and Social Media, to ensure brand consistency

- Overseeing all our social media accounts. Managing and improve online content using SEO and other tools

- Track and analyze website traffic flow and monitoring day-to-day performance across multiple marketing channels and uncover opportunities for scalable user growth

- Customer communication (chat, calls management)

E-Commerce Channel Management:

- Managing all e-Commerce platforms with a special focus on marketplaces - Flipkart, Amazon, Big Basket and D2C business

Compensation: Fixed Pay (6-10 LPA) + Equity

Job Location: Job location will be either Ahmedabad or Mumbai, which will be decided by Nov'20


Ideal Candidate:

- 3-6 years of experience in FMCG Marketing and / or Digital Marketing

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Brand Manager and related roles

- Person who has already worked / working in a D2C FMCG startup will be preferred

- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software with demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns

- Solid knowledge of Social media and online marketing tools. Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function

- Should have ownership attitude and entrepreneurial approach

- Aspire to build and grow an early stage startup from scratch by driving the marketing and digital roadmap for their brand, spearheading the execution of strategies across channels as well as shaping the communications strategy
