Husk Power Systems - Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-driven, and strategically-minded Program Manager to lead and drive key initiatives within our organization, with a preference for candidates experienced in Electric Vehicle (EV) or Agricultural Processing industries. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the meticulous planning, execution, and strategic thinking required for complex programs that align with the organization's overarching goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Program Development:

- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and refine strategic goals, particularly within the Electric Vehicle or Agricultural Processing sectors.

- Develop detailed and comprehensive program plans aligned with the organization's strategic vision.

Execution Excellence:

- Take ownership of program execution, ensuring rigorous adherence to timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Drive a culture of accountability, precision, and excellence within the program teams.

Detail-Oriented Project Planning:

- Develop and maintain meticulous project plans, focusing on key details, dependencies, and resource requirements.

- Regularly review and update plans to reflect any changes or optimizations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives, leveraging experience in EV or Agri Processing.

- Foster open communication, collaboration, and synergy among team members.

Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks associated with strategic programs and proactively develop detailed mitigation plans.

- Implement strategies to minimize the impact of unforeseen challenges on program timelines and objectives.

Budget Oversight:

- Develop and manage program budgets with meticulous tracking of expenditures, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

Stakeholder Communication:
