Husk Power Systems - Program Manager

Husk is looking for young generalists to join and support the top management team in key strategic programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for running several projects on business models and growth, GTM, valuation, digitalization and innovation among many others while working directly under the CEO or other CXOs. The Program Manager's role is crafted to ensure high impact and high visibility work, 360 degree outlook and immersion into company strategy and decision making, aimed at development of leadership skills that will be put to use in future leadership roles at Husk.

What this will entail:

- Strategic Project Management: Lead and contribute to strategic projects, applying skills and knowledge to real-world challenges. Work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver results.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members in various functions to ensure the successful execution of projects. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

- Performance Management and Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators and provide insights to senior management, CXOs and Board. Contribute to the development and implementation of performance improvement strategies.

- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to stakeholders. Develop strong communication skills to engage with internal and external partners.

- Business and Tech Innovations: Actively contribute to the analysis and refinement of the organization's business model, identifying growth opportunities. Collaborate with tech teams and third parties tech advancement and IP.
