Position Overview :


We're seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to lead our process mapping efforts and drive ISO certification across our business units. This role requires a strong foundation in first principles thinking, an MBA from a reputable institute, and a background in PMO/strategy. Exceptional multitasking skills are crucial. This position will transition into an operations management role over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Mapping:

- Lead the comprehensive mapping of existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and dependencies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and create detailed process maps.

Process Improvement:

- Analyze process maps to identify opportunities for optimization, working closely with stakeholders to implement changes.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

ISO Certification Preparation:

- Develop a roadmap for aligning processes with ISO certification requirements and facilitate compliance efforts.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to prepare for ISO certification audits.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns.

- Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and expertise based on process analysis and optimization.

Project Management:

- Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, and manage risks effectively to ensure project success.

- Lead project meetings, foster collaboration among team members, and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 3-5 years in business process coordination, process improvement, or related roles.

- MBA from a reputable institute with a focus on operations management, business administration, or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.

- Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.

- Proficiency in process mapping methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean Six Sigma) and ISO standards
