Job Description: - MBA in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) or equivalent Financial and/or management accounting background - Proven record of success in implementing budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning for Finance and Workforce Planning. - Experience includes interpretation and analysis of financial models and reports (spreadsheet-based models and/or other planning systems) and successful translation of those models into Adaptive Planning. - 3+ years of experience and working knowledge with budgeting and forecasting, including revenue, expense, personnel, and financial reporting/consolidation. - Experience designing and building complex financial planning models, utilizing advanced Excel skills. - Ability to work independently and a work ethic based on a desire to exceed expectations. - Experience working in Agile teams - Exposure to business process mapping and/or re-engineering is preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Certified Adaptive Planning Consultant
