Synopsis:

The Program Manager for Content Projects will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of content-related projects within the organization.

A Day in your life:

Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

- Coordinate with content development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Drive project execution, monitor progress, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between content creators, instructional designers, developers, and other stakeholders.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that project requirements are understood and met.

Resource Management:

- Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and timelines.

- Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.

Quality Assurance:

- Establish and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational content.

- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to maintain content standards.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and insights.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

- Proactively address issues as they arise to keep projects on track.

Skills in the spotlight:

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience in the EdTech industry, and a passion for creating impactful educational content.. Bachelors/PG degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.

- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the EdTech industry.

- Strong understanding of content development processes and instructional design principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable.
