A Day in Your Life:

- Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to understand user needs and preferences.

- Prioritize user needs and translate them into actionable features to enhance our products.

- Collaborate closely with the technology team to implement new features and enhancements.

- Develop and operate digital platforms and other products, ensuring a deep understanding of the customer experience.

- Generate innovative ideas for new features and services, overseeing end-to-end project management.

- Take ownership of the product lifecycle roadmap, from conceptualization to release and scaling lending capabilities.

- Utilize analytics and statistical modeling to derive insights for product improvements and roadmap development.

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure quick time-to-market and optimal resource allocation.

- Drive product launches and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including insurance companies and technology vendors.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, technology, operations, and compliance.

- Serve as a product evangelist, building awareness and understanding among customers.

Skills in the spotlight:

- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a customer-facing environment.

- Track record of successfully managing all aspects of a product life-cycle.

- Ability to develop and communicate product and marketing strategies to executive management.

- Strong customer-centric approach to product development, especially in mobile app-based environments.

- Solid technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and willingness to take a hands-on approach.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent is preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product management.

- Self-starter with high levels of motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
