Analyst - Rewards & Talent

Hunter Douglas is present in more than 100 countries, with 134 companies, 47 plants and 89 assembly companies, employing ~23,500 people who realize $4.7bn net sales.

We are looking for a skilled HR professional who is keen to combine analytical skills with advisory skills to improve Rewards and Talent processes for Hunter Douglas APAC. The role holder will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support decision-making and improve HR processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of HR metrics and trends.

HR Analytics & Master data management:

- Collect and analyze HR data, including employee turnover, people budget, demographics, employee experience, workforce planning, total rewards and talent management metrics

- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to present HR data to stakeholders and management.

- Enable automation and use of advanced techniques like predictive analytics and prescriptive analytics.

- Identify trends and insights from HR data to support strategic decision-making including predictive Modelling to forecast employee behavior such as turnover, performance, and engagement.

- Conduct research and benchmarking to stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.

Total Rewards & Talent Process Support:

- Actively work with APAC Leads on benchmarking, designing and implementing rewards/Talent strategies

- Evaluating the effectiveness of rewards and talent programs through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.

- Collaborating with HR and business leaders to develop and review rewards and talent programs

- Staying updated on market trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in rewards and talent management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Proven experience as an HR Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics or related field is preferred.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data and findings in a clear and compelling manner.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of HR principles, regulations, and best practices.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and drive results.
