Key Responsibilities
- Planning supplier acquisition strategies
- Area wise mapping of supply viz. caterers and restaurants
- Value selling to large catering firms and strategic tie-ups with restaurants chains/star hotels
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree/Postgraduate degree in Business Management/Hotel Management/B-com/B.Sc etc from top-tier institutions
- 2-5 years- the experience of working in a relevant profile
- Experience of working in a start-up will be a plus
