Hungama - Product Development - WAP

This is in regards for the position of Product Development for WAP with Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., Location - Noida.

- Candidate should be a Bachelors in Engineering / IT (preferably Computer Science). MBA preferred but not mandatory.

- 3-6 years of experience in a techno business role.

- Past experience in an internet company is a great plus. A high level of interest and passion for consumer internet world is a necessary criterion.

- Passionate product champion who loves entertainment/media.

- Understands tech/product/business and straddle all. Must have a positive attitude and desire to break the traditional barriers in entertainment services.

JD for the reference:

- Understand client/partner businesses and markets.

- Develop plans to increase revenues/market share/methods of monetization of content for clients/partners.

- Execute on those plans.

- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with internal customers within Mobile team and with clients.

- Execute and lead those plans.

- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.

- Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.

- Develop pricing strategies.

- Develop advertising opportunities, which can involve placing adverts in various mediums (depending on the campaign); Interact with Creative Team to Execute B2B and B2C communications on digital and print
Conceptualize & Create - Sales Support tools viz. Presentations, Audio Visuals, Brochures, Leaflets, Merchandise & Gratifications

- Manage BTL Activations, Product launches and events, Trade Marketing Initiatives & Vendor / Agencies

- Support Business teams - Execute programs to promote products on mobile
