We seek an experienced HR professional with experience driving diversity-based talent acquisition programs or looking to apply recruiting expertise in an expansive and strategic way. The Inclusion and Diversity Senior Associate will help identify and cultivate regional partnerships that result in increased representation in India. They will apply experience, expertise and creativity to identify, develop and activate talent acquisition partnerships and programs. They will also work with external organizations to amplify our reputation as an inclusive employer of preference.
This person will be a member of company's global Inclusion and Diversity Center of Excellence (or I&D COE) and will be based in our Pune or Gurgaon offices. They will report to the I&D COE Manager, partner with various internal groups - recruiting, marketing, Inclusion & Diversity Groups (IDGs), etc. - and provide support to company's Global Inclusion and Diversity Council.
Responsibilities:
- Research tools/partners that increase diversity in company's talent pipelines (university & in-market)
- Establish company's partnerships that advance company's diversity and employer brand priorities
- Manage conference events in close partnership with regional recruiters and IDG members
- Establish diversity sourcing/recruiting best practices; including training certifications
- Recommend and monitor regional recruiting training and certification requirements
- Connect w/ Recruiters across globe for knowledge sharing
- Provide IDGs with support & updates as necessary
- Establish and manage candidate feedback and use data to drive decisions and actions
- Own and manage the internal Diversity Recruiting page for broad company's awareness
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree, advanced degree preferred;
- 7+ years of relevant recruiting, talent acquisition, or talent development experience
- Ability to apply HR practices and strategies to increase talent representation and attraction
- Ability to communicate and establish relationships with all levels of employees across various regions;
- A team player with excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, rapidly-changing environment;
- Proven collaborative skills with the ability to provide value added consultative service;
- Strong project management and communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to assert and influence without direct authority
- Ability to document process and approaches that can support the establishment of company's standards
- Willing to travel across various locations
