Human Resources Manager - Contractual

Human Resources Manager, BKC, Mumbai - India (Contract role for one year)

Your tasks:

- Managing the recruitment and selection process

- Managing the entire employee life cycle from hire to retire

- Day to Day HR operations

- Help implementing the new HR software "EO connect" (WorkDay)

- Ensuring all compliances with Local Labour Laws

- Payroll Processing and payroll-related compliances

- Counterpart for any HR related matters for the Headquarter

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

- Cooperation in HR Projects and incentives

- Support Administration team in case of need

- Support local MD

What we are looking for:

- A master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field is of advantage but not a must.

- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive. Previous experience working with Workday or other HRMS systems is preferred.

- Open minded person with a professional appearance & hands-on mentality

- Excellent communication skills and a sense for confidentiality is a must.

- Emphatic, caring and service-minded person with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Someone who can show a positive / helpful and employee-oriented work attitude.

- Fluency in English is required.
