Relevant Work Experience : HRBP/HR Analytics/HR Projects with data-centric approach. Bonus if any experience previously in life/general insurance

- Experience in managing several projects in parallel
- Good Presentation skills as the role requires presenting to senior leaders
- Ability to conceptualize and communicate ideas in a clear manner
- Quick learner
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work across cultures
- Advanced Power Point and Excel skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Support, design, analyze and implement strategic projects related to HR - Talent, Employee engagement, HR analytics, Compensation and Benefits, etc.
- Participation in cross-functional teams in the designing and implementation of strategic solutions
- Identify areas of improvement in processes and practices
- Create proposals and roadmaps and assist in the execution of the same
- Bring an outside-in view to the organization and look at everything from a user perspective
