- Provide strategic guidance and lead strategic business partnership for business units

- Conceptualize, Initiate and implement new practices and processes in HR

- Partnering with leadership teams to develop key strategies and objectives for the organization,

- Ensuring that the HR initiatives and programs are clearly aligned with business priorities.

- Compliance of HR Policies & Procedure by Business & Employees

Qualifications & Experience:

- Should be Graduate or MBA

- 5 to 10 years of experience from BPO Industry
