Job Objectives: The objective of this role is to bring in excellence in HR Central Projects, Incentive program and Special projects as HR COE.

Responsibilities:.

1) Managing end to end Campus Recruitment.

Demand planning for MTs.

2) Strategizing and planning Campus events, Internship Program Management Design and Execution of end to end Campus hiring (Screening > PPT > Group Activity > Personal Interviews > Selection), For Management Trainees and Manufacturing Trainees.

3) Hiring Summer Interns from B School, check and analyse progression on their Projects by effective review management and organizing PPOs.

4) Responsible for complete lifecycle within stipulated timelines and building talent pipeline across functions Worked with respective business leaders to arrive at overall campus recruitment strategy.

5) Engage active and passive top talent through on-campus relationships and events.

6) Manage screening process for resumes collected at campus events to build pipeline and accomplish hiring goals across a wide range of openings.

7) Maintain, track, and share data by event with internal partners.

8) Salary Benchmarking as per competition.

9) Revision of Incentive Programs for the sales and marketing organization of businesses.

10) Work as one team and assume ad-hoc projects whenever there is a requirement in CCLG.

11) Represent the organization externally and communicate our goals and strategy.

Experience:.

1) Minimum of 3-5 years of Experience in Campus Strategy and HR Special / Analytical Projects.

2) Willingness to travel at high frequency.
