What you'll do:

- Establish a recurring pipeline of qualified candidates for engineering roles in Bangalore

- Qualify, track, and manage timelines for candidates in the pipeline

- Present clear status updates and decisions to internal stakeholders

- Collect qualification requirements and timelines from internal stakeholders

- Create clear and compelling job descriptions

- Manage any other HR concerns necessary such as identifying and securing office space, local compliance, benefits, etc.

- Assist with US-based recruiting as needed

What you are:

- Experienced at generating quality pipelines and hiring top candidates located in Bangalore

- Able to establish the right level of process to maintain speed and accuracy without expensive ATS (At the start)

- A clear communicator, both verbal and written

- Able to cross over with the Pacific timezone for ~2-3 hours consistently
