Job Description:

a) Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment in respective teams.

b) Job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.

c) Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.

d) Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.

e) Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.

f) Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.

g) Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.

h) Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

i) Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

Salary Range: 5-10 LPA
