Job Description :

Talent Acquisition (Recruitment & Selection) :

- Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (Check uniformity of the same across the Organization)

- Take corrective proactive/corrective action in liasoning with HODs/Recruitment Managers in closing & identifying Gaps, working on TAT's(Turn around time)

- Should be hands on and must have had prior experience in Hiring through Social Media/Recruitment platforms (Linked in/Facebook)Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization

- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.

- Should have had experience in Campus Placement with Various B Schools.

- Working on Employer Branding with respect to the Recruitment function.

- Prior Experience in Hiring through Naukri (or) Monster.

- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions in consultation with the Hiring Managers.

MIS & Reporting :

- Working & Updation of Recruitment Dashboard, publishing the same to all the HODs

- Should be in a position to work and comply on TATs, Tracking on TATs to close positions with respect to Work Force Planning.

- Should be Analytic and should be in a position to work on various Analysis with respect to Talent acquisition.

- Working in line with Recruitment budgets

Vendor Management :

- Manage all placement agencies, Local vendor relationships and ensure defined SLAs are measured and met consistently.

- Ensure service levels are maintained, schedules are met and formal reporting and invoicing are timely and accurate.

- Maintain relationships with all external departments to maintain policies and practices.

Generalist HR :

Would be actively working & assisting the HR Manager with all Generalist actives as below :

- Performance Management Process.

- Employee Orientation and Induction.

- Working on HR intervention with respect to Head Office.

- Working on Employee Engagement Interventions.
