- Preparation of Manpower Plan & projection of annual department budget for Flexible Manpower for all categories
- Design & Execute Recruitment Strategies to attract, evaluate, & hire right candidates
- Setting up new systems & processes for the department (also includes IT Systems)
- Developing an Outsourced Model for a centralised Joining & On-boarding for new hires.
- Exploring & Implementing of Alternate Flexi Manpower Model
- Responsible for departmental MIS, Reviews, & Process Audits,
- Developing System/mechanism for feedback capturing from various stakeholders
- Manage a team of recruiters & provide assistance as needed
- Proactively managing & developing Recruitment Agencies/Consultants
- Proven work experience in hiring of flexible/blue collar workmen on a large scale basis
- Hands on experience in candidate sourcing, interviewing, & evaluation techniques
- Experienced in design & implementation of Human Resources Mangement Systems (HRMS)
- Prior experience of handling/interfacing with union
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and lead the team of young professionals
- Knowledge of statutory compliances (Contract Labour Management)
Candidate must have 60% & Above in all education. Should not have more than 2 job changes in career .
