- Manage all On boarding, Induction, pre joining and post joining formalities.
- Managing all logistics and admin support for all YTM (Young Talent Management) actionable
- Managing monthly and yearly payrolls, HR Ops, F&F settlement, exit formalities.
- Managing budget for the YTM team (Young Talent Management)
- Managing Engineering Leadership Program Hiring and Induction coordination support - to ensure this is centralized from hiring program management pov and decentralizing actual campus hiring. Working with all businesses to plan and implement the e2e hiring with their help.
- Manage logistics, travel, stay and admin for YTM - this includes visa/forex/bookings for employees joining in cadre and moving from stint to stint in their 1st year
- Maintaining and inventory of all vendor contracts and renewals
- Worked on payroll, proper understanding of various acts, PF, Gratuity, Shop and Establishment
