As we continue to grow and expand globally, we are seeking a talented HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As the HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) at FarmTheory, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team and culture. This role encompasses both strategic and operational aspects of HR, with a focus on talent acquisition. Approximately 70% of your responsibilities will involve hiring mid to senior-level roles and managing vendor relationships for junior-level hiring. The remaining 30% will involve policy development, onboarding, exits, employee documentation, handling employee queries, and overseeing various HR operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (70%):

- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand hiring needs.

- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to offer negotiations.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

- Evaluate and manage external recruitment agencies and vendors for junior-level hiring.

HR Operations (30%):

- Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.

- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee documentation and records.

- Address and resolve employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.

- Administer employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, rewards, and recognition programs.

- Oversee HR operational processes such as payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to facilitate performance appraisals and goal setting.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

- 5+ yrs exp as HR Manager or similar role with a focus on talent acquisition with a startup

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
