Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that support the organization's goals and objectives, while ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing HR strategies in line with organizational objectives.

2. Responsible for recruitment strategies to execute for attracting talented professionals with diverse knowledge and skill sets across industry sectors.

3. Acts as change agent through process design and approaches that support Change and Transformation within the organization.

4. Handling grievances and addressing the same within the TAT, Employee counselling, Integrity Management, ensuring the code of conduct to maintain discipline and harmonious working environment

5. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.

6. Designing performance-based evaluation strategies for performance reviews and providing feedback and coaching to employees for talent retention and motivation.

7. Manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, benefits administration, and payroll processing.

8. Implementing reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results.

9. Collaborate cross functionally with Facilities, IT, legal and compliance, Finance and shared services for resolution of people issues / concerns / requirements.

10. Design the Employee Engagement Calendar, plan and execute at the store levels to create Fun @ workplace.

Job Requirements:

1. MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management with 10+ years of experience in Human Resources with an IT Industry or Telecom Engineering domain.

2. Proven track record of designing and executing company policies and structure.

3. Knowledge of HR functions specifically statutory compliances, benefits, payroll, HR policies and practices.

4. Leadership and managerial skills to manage team and collaborate with other departments within the organization.

5. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve HR-related issues and develop strategies to improve HR performance.

6. Understanding of employment laws and regulations, as well as industry trends and best practices in HR management.
