Human Resource Leader - Life Sciences Industry

Looking for an HR leader with 12 to 15 years of experience in Human resources for a leading organization in the life sciences industry. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive HR strategies, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws while driving talent management and organizational development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives to drive business success.

2. Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, including but not limited to talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.

3. Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and provide strategic HR guidance and support.

4. Foster a high-performance culture that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and retention.

5. Develop and implement talent management initiatives to identify, attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.

6. Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and ensure alignment with business goals.

7. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

8. Provide coaching and guidance to HR team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.

10. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and apply relevant knowledge to enhance organizational effectiveness

Ideal Candidate

1. Masters or MBA in human resources is a must.

2. Proven track record of 12-15 years in HR leadership roles, with experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

3. Background in the life sciences industry preferred.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

6. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
