- To set up all people related policies & practices within the organization
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- To identify the training needs of the organization, co-ordinate/conduct development programs and evaluate them
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage budget and its allocation
- To ensure internal processes and communications within the organization effectively
- Ensure complete HR compliance and employee grievances
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and rewards & recognition
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Report to management and provide decision support through effective means
- Ensures resolution of HR queries and issue of employees on an ongoing basis
