Job Title : Manager / Senior Manager:: Human Resource

Location : Mumbai / Bangalore

The key areas of responsibility :

- Defining HR Strategies, building HR Roadmap with business outcomes

- Driving Employee Engagement & Retention and recommending process/policy improvements to HR/Business

- Building and utilizing candidate pool for current and future positions managing the overall recruitment process for the business with robust reporting to ensure that the recruitment processes adhere to quality guidelines.

- Collaborate with the managers, stakeholders and employees to guide and support employees during the entire employee life cycle towards the organizational goals.

- Leadership in order to enable the organization to create an engaged and productive workforce

- Constant connect and pulse checks with employees

- HR SOPs & policies / Implementation

- Designt in building the employer brand through researching and drive the Employment Value Proposition within and outside the organization
