1. Reviews the organizational structure and provides information to the Zonal Head to help in the manpower planning recruitment and selection.


2. Execute the policies & procedures as per the Head Office guidelines required for implementation of the Performance Management Systems at Zonal Level.


3. Contribute to maintenance of peaceful industrial relations environment at the Cement & RMC Plants and a healthy work environment at the offices of the Zone.


4. To ensure that all formalities required by various labour statutes are fulfilled and complied with and monitor the legal matters before various labour forums.


5. Identification of Training & Development requirements at Zonal Level.


6. MIS: Ensure to generate information related to manpower on weekly basis analyses and highlights exceptions to the Head HR and Zonal Heads. Also ensure to provide the necessary MIS to central office.


7. EHS coordination with Safety dept. for PPE & Safety Training.
