Major Deliverables :
1) Liaising with the business heads/functional heads and being accountable for the performance of the Retail HR function and the brands within it, as well as providing strategic alignment of workforce
2) Contributing to long-term people goals for various RBL brands, business functions and people development.
3) Involved in strategic decision-making within the business as an influencer. Being able to understand company finances, resourcing and the ultimate aims of the business is important
4) A strong working knowledge of People Strategy, Engagement, Planning, Budgets & Talent Acquisition
5) Employee performance management
6) Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
