Job Description:
- Creating/ taking care of Human Resource policy and compliance to the policy at the Bank level.
- Maintaining the HR records of the all staff and Employee Master, Focus on right skill right job fitment while ensuring the resource at the right time.
- Documentation Institutionalize the culture of knowledge management. Facilitating smooth
- Experience Operationalize Key Process and Infrastructure related experience to enhance employee experience and satisfaction.
- Develop/ own comprehensive end-to-end solutions to address human resource issues.
- Independently manage staff and Recruitment and Training & Development functions to ensure availability of Right Talent at the Right Place on Right Time.
- Manage the employee strength, manpower & resource mobilization and partnering with Recruiting and HR to fulfill Manpower needs and training and development need at the overall Bank level.
- Plan, execute and lead the Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives with Business SPOCs. Promote events, increase awareness and measure engagement and effectiveness of programs.
- Help in creating and manage the relevant financial budget for human resources development, accurate knowledge transfer, and employee appraisal on periodic basis.
- Take care of administrative functions such as time office, payroll management etc.
- Liaise with external agencies for management of stay of expat staff and their requirements.
