The incumbent will be: - Owns and delivers the Employee experience charter covering key moments in the Employee lifecycle. - Has the ability to identify capability gaps based on Employee and BU needs and partners to design and deliver on such programs. - Partners with leaders to navigate day-to-day people problems and upheavals - Is a custodian of culture building - Has conceptualized and implemented Performance management, Talent Management, Staffing, and Learning Effectiveness The incumbent should have: - 7-10 years expertise in Human resource. - Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and extreme flexibility to be proactive in a fast paced environment - Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. - Innovative thinking
