Key Job Responsibilities
- Coach senior leaders: advise leaders on strategic talent challenges and partner with them on building solutions to address the same
- Run diagnostics and formulate org design solutions including partnering with business leadership on site strategy, expansions, and employment models
- Provide input and expertise to your client groups in terms of employment legislation, policies, and practices
- Review and analyse talent metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing everyone involved
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources Management from Top B- Schools with 5-10 years of experience, preferably in a corporate HR role
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as an active member of both business and HR teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Though not mandatory, prior experience in driving large HR transformation initiatives would be preferred.
- Experience working with global teams.
- Experience working with tech teams.
- Strong program management skills with an ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document writing and presentation skills
