- Business partner support for managers, including counseling senior business managers on people-related strategies and influencing global HR functions and HR service organizations based on people-related needs of business.
- Working with the Corporate compensation team on merit increase, equity, career progression and performance ranking cycles
- Managing large business units with scalable operations by prioritizing and focusing on strategic HR issues which take precedence over noncore HR activities.
- Partner with HR operations team to ensure professional joining and exits continue to dominate the organization
- Partner and lead projects which has business impacts - Change management (Site consolidations, Optimization of human resources, manager promotions etc. to name a few)
